This product is an external toothing involute helical gear cylindrical gear reducer produced as per the national standaJB/T8853-2001.With optimal design,it's equivalent to the international level in the 1980s.
ZLYJ series reducer is a high-precision hardened gear with thrust seat designed for plastic screw extruder. The product design adopts the technical scope of JB/T9095.1-1999. It is characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel gears and shaft parts. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and gear grinding. Gear precision GB10095-88, level 6.
There are nine assembly types of ZQ-type reducer as shown in Fig. 1. The input shaft extension is conical, and the output shaft end has cylindrical shaft extension (Z-type), gear type (CA-type), and Euclidean (cross-slider) coupling (F-type).
