3. All fasteners and connectors must not be loose;
4. When rotating the reducer motor by hand, it must be easy, stable, and free from jamming;
5. At rated speed and load, the noise of the reduction motor is ≤ 80DB (a), the temperature rise is ≤ 65 degrees, and the maximum oil temperature is ≤ 95 degrees;
6. The transmission efficiency and load-bearing capacity of the reduction motor should comply with the requirements of GB/T 16444;
7. The clearance of the gear reducer motor should comply with regulations.
Test method:
1. The deceleration motor should undergo a load test after passing the test run;
2. During the load test, record the oil temperature, time, torque, and speed every ten minutes;
3. At the rated speed, the deceleration motor shall be subjected to loading tests step by step at 25%, 50%, 75%, 110%, and 125% of its rated torque;
4. In the thermal power load test, the temperature of the oil pool of the reduction motor should remain stable for two hours, and its temperature should meet the requirements. There should be no oil leakage at all sealing and bonding points;
5. For bidirectional working or unspecified rotation direction reduction motors, forward and reverse tests should be conducted separately. For unidirectional working reduction motors, single directional tests can be conducted, and their rotation direction must be the same as the working direction.
Acceptance rules:
1. The instruments used for inspection must be calibrated through metrology;
2. The quality inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for inspection and acceptance of the reducer motor, and issuing a certificate of conformity;
3. For mass production of gearmotors of the same specification, 10% of the samples are allowed to be tested (if there are less than ten samples, one should be tested). If the samples fail, an additional 20% of the samples should be tested. If they still fail, all samples should be tested.
Inspection items:
1. Paint and appearance quality;
2. Axial clearance of gear reduction motor;
3. The noise, temperature rise, sealing condition, and stability of the deceleration motor during rotation.
